There are many recurring aches and pains we experience in our daily life that can be treated by a combination of the techniques and therapies above and light exercise and stretching.

Sports Injury is a broad term that not only describes issues that affect athletes but many others in their every day activities including.

  • Tennis/Golfer's Elbow (pain in the elbow joint).
  • Back and Neck Pain (often due to posture).
  • Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (Pain in the wrist due to repetitive activity).
  • Osgood Schlatter's Disease (Pain below the knee common in teenagers).

In addition, rehabilitation of other injuries from 'pulled' muscles to regaining strength and functionality following mid to long term injuries ie broken bones, are treated in a progressive manor to help ensure a safe and rapid return to competition.
